Our custom line of decorative hardware is a true work-of-art. With pride we have developed a unique collection of door hardware appointments to embellish the workmanship of custom homes & estates around the world. For the Ornate Collection our manufacturing process of Sand-Casting is the same technique utilized by European artists in the Old World centuries ago. Starting with a mold made out of brass, pieces and parts are set in a box filled with special dirt to reproduce the shape of those items to be copied. Steaming brass is poured into the box filling the spaces left after the mold is removed. Once the cool-down is completed, copies of the original design are obtained in raw material looking-a-like in shape but without defined details.

Now the creativity job begins by skillful artisans’ hand chiseling every detail to perfection, and expressing passion for their work just like a sculptor creates its own masterpiece. For the Wrought-Iron Collection our manufacturing process is forging. Handcrafted from raw steel, hammered and beaten, forged and fashioned, blacksmiths with unique skills create almost one-of-a-kind pieces. Devoting endless hours their hand work is built with hammers and anvils as it was done by ancient civilizations. Unlike mass-produced hardware, there are no identical pieces. This is the true richness of handmade products.
